Our Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Cheap Trivia. As a provider of digital products, we strive to offer high-quality goods and services to our valued customers. Due to the nature of digital products, once a purchase has been made and the product has been delivered, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.

Digital Product Policy

All trivia packs, themed trivia nights, and subscription content sold through Cheap Trivia are delivered electronically and are immediately accessible upon purchase. Because digital files can be downloaded, copied, and used immediately after delivery, we cannot accept returns in the traditional sense.

Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting us at help@cheaptrivia.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — you will continue to receive your weekly trivia packs until the period ends. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial subscription periods.

Exceptions

We will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis in the following situations:

• The file you received was corrupted or unreadable
• You were charged incorrectly or billed more than once for the same order
• The product delivered was materially different from what was described

If any of the above apply, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at help@cheaptrivia.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
