Cheap Trivia stands behind every product we ship. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of your most recent charge for a full refund — no questions asked.

Weekly Subscription Refunds

If you cancel your subscription within the first 30 days of paying full price ($59.99 monthly tier or higher), we'll refund your most recent charge in full. The $0.99 first-month trial is non-refundable but is also non-binding — cancel anytime in your account dashboard, no fees, no support call required.

Themed Pack Refunds

One-time themed pack purchases ($14.99 each) are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Reply to your order confirmation email or email us at help@cheaptrivia.com to request the refund.

Annual Prepay Refunds

Annual prepay subscriptions ($599) include a 30-day money-back window from the date of purchase. After 30 days, the annual prepay is non-refundable but you retain access to all 52 weeks of content for the full year.

Multi-Venue Plan Refunds

Multi-venue plans (2-venue at $89/mo, 3-5 venue at $149/mo) follow the same 30-day money-back guarantee as the standard monthly subscription. Cancel within 30 days for a full refund of your most recent charge.

How to Request a Refund

Email help@cheaptrivia.com from the email address you used to purchase, including your order number. Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method.
