30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Cheap Trivia stands behind every product we sell. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of your most recent charge for a full refund — no questions asked.

Subscription Refunds

If you cancel your subscription within the first 30 days of paying full price ($60 monthly plan or $16 weekly plan), we refund your most recent charge in full. The $1 first month is non-refundable but is also non-binding — cancel anytime in your account dashboard, no fees, no support call required.

Themed Pack Refunds

One-time themed pack purchases ($15 each) are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Reply to your order confirmation email or email us at hello@cheaptrivia.com to request the refund.

Retired Plans

The annual prepay and multi-venue plans are no longer sold. If you bought one earlier, the same 30-day money-back guarantee covers your most recent charge. Annual buyers keep access to all 52 weeks of content for the full year.

How to Request a Refund

Email hello@cheaptrivia.com from the email address you used to purchase, including your order number. Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method.
