Cancel Anytime, No Fees
Your Cheap Trivia subscription can be cancelled at any time directly from your account dashboard. No fees, no support-call requirement, no fine print.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you cancel your subscription within the first 30 days of full-price billing ($59.99 monthly tier or higher, $599 annual prepay, $89 2-venue plan, or $149 3-5 venue plan), we refund your most recent charge in full. The $0.99 first-month trial is non-refundable.
How to Cancel
- Log in to your Cheap Trivia account at cheaptrivia.com/account
- Click "Manage Subscription"
- Click "Cancel Subscription"
If you can't access your account, email help@cheaptrivia.com and we'll cancel for you within one business day.
What Happens After You Cancel
You retain access to all weekly packs you've already received indefinitely — those are yours forever, even after cancellation. You will not receive any new weekly packs after the date of cancellation.
No prorated refunds on the current billing cycle, but you keep access to all packs delivered during the cycle you've already paid for.
Pause Your Subscription
If you'd rather pause than cancel, you can pause delivery for up to 12 weeks from your account dashboard. Your subscription will resume automatically after the pause period.
Plan Changes
You can upgrade or downgrade your subscription tier (monthly, annual prepay, multi-venue) from your account dashboard at any time. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.
Failed Payments
If a payment fails, we automatically retry up to 3 times over the following week. If all retries fail, your subscription pauses (you do not lose access to past packs). Update your payment method in your account to resume.
