Access & delivery

How do I access my trivia pack after subscribing?

Your first pack arrives via email within 5 minutes of checkout. The email contains direct download links for both PDF and PowerPoint versions. You can also log into your account at cheaptrivia.com/account to see every pack you've received and download again anytime.

Where do I find my download link?

Two places: (1) the order confirmation email sent to the address you used at checkout, and (2) your account dashboard at cheaptrivia.com/account under "Orders." Every weekly delivery is archived there so you can grab older packs too.

I got charged but didn't receive my pack — what do I do?

First: check your spam or promotions folder (the sender is subscription@cheaptrivia.com). Next: try logging into your account directly — the download is always there even if the email got lost. Still stuck? Email help@cheaptrivia.com with your order number and we'll resend within the hour during business hours.

How far in advance do I receive each week's pack?

New packs deliver every Monday morning so you have the full week to prep, print, and promote your trivia night. Hosting on Tuesday? You'll have the pack 24+ hours before you need it.

Can I access old packs I missed?

Yes. Your account page stores every pack delivered since the day you subscribed. If you paused or cancelled, the packs already delivered remain yours to access forever.

What format are the trivia packs?

Every pack ships in two formats: PowerPoint (.pptx) for on-screen hosting, and PDF for printing handouts and answer sheets. Both open in free tools — Google Slides for PowerPoint, any browser for PDF.

Cancelling, pausing & switching plans

How do I cancel my subscription?

Log into cheaptrivia.com/account → Manage Subscriptions → Cancel. Takes about 10 seconds. You'll retain access to packs already delivered — cancellation just stops future billing.

How do I pause my subscription?

Same path: Account → Manage Subscriptions → Pause. Pick how long you want to pause (up to 3 months). We'll automatically resume unless you cancel first.

Can I switch from weekly to monthly (or vice versa)?

Yes. Email help@cheaptrivia.com with your order number and we'll switch the plan on your next billing cycle — no gap in delivery.

Will I be charged twice if I sign up again after cancelling?

No. Use the same email address and we'll detect the prior account, reactivate it, and start the new subscription at the promo rate. If you accidentally create a duplicate account, email help@cheaptrivia.com and we'll merge them within 24 hours and refund any duplicate charge.

Account & billing

How do I update my payment method?

Log in → Account → Payment Methods → Update. New card details kick in from the next billing cycle.

I forgot my account password — how do I reset it?

Go to cheaptrivia.com/account/login and click "Forgot password." You'll receive a reset link within 1 minute at the email address on the account. Still having trouble? Email help@cheaptrivia.com.

Can I use one subscription for multiple locations?

Our standard subscription is licensed for a single venue. If you operate multiple bars/restaurants, email help@cheaptrivia.com with "Multi-venue" in the subject line and we'll send tiered multi-location pricing within one business day.

Content requests

What if I want a specific theme that isn't available yet?

Email us with the theme you want. Subscriber theme requests get prioritized — we add 4–6 new themed packs to the catalog every month and your request shapes what's next.
